We are not strictly departmentalized and our associates practice in several different areas of the firm. While incoming associates are assigned to a primary department, they have the option of spending a portion of their time in a second area of interest. Partners and managers are accessible and inclusive, and associates benefit from the guidance of senior staff to support their career objectives and goals.
Compensation and Benefits
We seek to maintain salaries and benefits for associates that are competitive with those offered by other major firms. We also offer a highly competitive benefit package for our employees.
